About Us
Like you, we know what it's like to be wrapped up in a professional position and get carried away with the
rest of the rat race. So many of our friends and collegues would say the same thing. "There's so little time to
relax!" or "When do I get to relax on that beach?" Or play a game of golf with a friend? Or spend time with our
loved ones?
It's really up to us. There may be responsibilities or deadlines, but you only get one life.
And it's time to take the Off Ramp To Life! A turning point experience for me personally was when my brother-in-law
died from hypertension at 33. I decided to live a long life for myself and my family. And I know that relaxation
needed to be a greater part of my life to do that.
At Off Ramp To Life, we want to make a difference in as many people's lives as possible.
They say the one commodity you can't buy is time. But I say you can have more of it if you live a healthier,
